This is a signed letter fromWarren L. Cook,
a notable
American historian, and the author of
FLOOD TIDE OF
EMPIRE: Spain and the Pacific Northwest 1543-1819
.
Cook was a professor of history and anthropology at
Castleton State College, located in Vermont.
The letter is handwritten on a piece of stationery of
Carleton State College. The stationery is
about 11" by 8".
The letter
is dated February 10, 1970. It
is addressed to the
late Roger Harris, a well-known autograph collector.
It is in very good condition, with creases where it
has been folded, and some moderate wear.
The signed letter come with a certificate of authenticity
